It's always a good week when Barbara Garrick is on TV. The heavenly, hilarious actress---best known for Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City---returns to One Life to Live January 25 as Allison Perkins. Still stuck in St. Ann's nuthouse, Allison will meet up with fellow inmate Jessica (Bree Williamson) and taunt her with a secret about her evil dad, Mitch (Roscoe Born)---a secret he took to his grave when Jessica killed him. Come February, loony Allison will be on the loose in Llanview. With a gun.
